The Auxiliary of the Child Abuse Prevention Council

The Auxiliary of the Child Abuse Prevention Council (ACAPC) was founded in May of 2000 by Kelly Bitzer, at the request of Carol Carrillo, the Executive Director of the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Contra Costa County (CAPC) and Patricia Schuler Schimbor, CAPC President of the Board of Directors.

ACAPC is comprised of 30 very enthusiastic women, focused on raising money for the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Contra Costa County. We are passionate about helping our community by supporting this great organization.

The goal of ACAPC is to raise money for the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Contra Costa County. Over the last five years ACAPC has raised in excess of $100,000 through our gala Valentine's Ball and It Shouldn't Hurt To Be a Child Luncheon.
