Housing Case Management Services are available for those whom are homeless and need assistance with obtaining affordable housing. Intake orientations groups are held every Monday and Tuesday at 9:30 at 2500 Bissell in Richmond. Registration for this group occurs between 8:30 am and 9:15 am. Services include evaluation of needs and resources, referral for employment assistance and resources to maintain affordable housing. Additionally Rubicon manages permanent and transitional housing for homeless individuals and families, homeless individuals with HIV and homeless individuals and families with mental illness.
Services are available to anyone who is homeless.
Services are offered Monday-Friday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm
Spanish and American Sign Language translation is available.
